Isabelle DURET-DUJARRIC, born in 1949, worked very early under the Parisian artists'eyes. Since 1968 her personal search on technics have been leading her on an original method of oil on paper which she is still today the only one to use. Landscapes and mediterranean people are Isabelle Duret-Dujarric's favourite subjects and are part of private and public collections in France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Holland, Germany, England, Bulgaria, Senegal, Australia, China, as well as the United States. As soon as 1984, Isabelle Duret-Dujarric is one of the permanent artists at the "Galerie Drouant" in Paris, where Bernard Buffet, Yves Brayer, Tofoli, Fred Menguy, etc... preceded her, and she also takes part in the main French exhibitions. In 1985, her works were also shown in Belgium at the "Galerie Presences" (Brussels, Knoke-Le-Zoute, Namur), since 1986 in Dallas USA (Southwest Gallery) and Sherman (International Galleries) and in 1991 in Paris, Gallery of the Picasso Museum. After the retrospect which celebrated 25 years of her art (Paris, Avenue Georges V, january 95) a gallery is now exclusively devoted for her in the capital ("DURET-DUJARRIC PARIS" 18 rue de Miromesnil, 75008). Present in the international art business, Isabelle Duret-Dujarric's paintings gain the investor's adhesion. Critics agree to say her works give a true renewal in oil-painting art, her style is powerful, her colors exceptional and her masterpieces keep this amazing power and brightness from 30 meters away as well as 3 meters away - her talent and her carreer do not need to be established any more and her technics are taught in Art Schools.
